Having used The Plumbing Authority for several years and trusting them implicitly, I called because our kitchen sink was stopped up. Kelvin came and helped us out by snaking out the pipe at least 6 times and checked it with the camera 3 times. He stayed a lot longer than expected in order to finish the job. He not only unstopped the sink drain pipe but removed our garbage disposal and re-piped under the sink. He did an excellent job and was courteous and willing to answer all our questions. The fee was reasonable for the work completed. We will continue to call The Plumbing Authority for all our needs.

The Plumbing Authority did a great job! They showed up very quickly to give us a quote for a new Water Heater. A week later they came and installed a tankless water heater. We also had them install a gas line to convert a stove from Gas to electric. All of the employees were very professional and kind. They were on time and professional. They were very organized and clean and completed the job in a timely manner. The company was very organized and communicated with emails, texts, and calls. I am so glad we found them to do our work!!!! I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent experience with The Plumbing Authority. Just finished a massive replumb of the house, including main lines to the street. It was expensive, no doubt. But The Plumbing Authority had the greatest scope of work relative to their cost of the 6 companies I got quotes from. They executed all the work they promised on time (which by itself is a huge accomplishment these days) and at an extremely high level of quality. Their customer service was also stellar, Mikhail Lynch was my point of contact, I had his personal cell and he kept me up to date each step of the way. I'll be using The Plumbing Authority on future jobs and can recommend them without reservation.

I contacted The Plumbing Authority after having some issues with my old water heater and pipes throughout my house. Mikhail came to my house and looked over everything, providing me with a couple of options to replace the water heater as well as all of the 85 year old galvanized piping. He was very flexible and helpful with scheduling, taking into account my own work schedule. Marc and Ray completed the job in a single day, and I could not have asked for better service. They were both very professional and polite throughout the entire process. They asked about any preferences I had before doing certain tasks, and were very accommodating to get the job done how I wanted. My experience with The Plumbing Authority and with Marc, Ray, and Mikhail, was among the best of any company I have ever used to do any type of work on my house. I will definitely use them in the future, and will be happy to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I have dealt with this company with excellent results for a sewer line replacement. This time I needed a new kitchen sink faucet in my older house. He came early and did a great job putting a new Timeless faucet onto an old sink. He also made a suggestion about a product called bio - dome for the sluggish side of the sink. If I have any other problems , I plan to use this company again.

We had Kelton Balka install a gas line for our newly purchased gas stove. It was somewhat complicated as I had specific wishes re. how to run it and where. Kelton gave us an estimate, and we accepted. The following week he came to perform the work with his assistant. They did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterwards like there had been no work performed. My wife and I are very happy with the work performed, and it goes w/o saying, the gentlemen were very polite and accommodating. A very pleasant experience, and we will use these gentlemen again should we have a need.

Impressive! He was the best rated plumber on google that I found and now I know why. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a broken main water line and he came out almost first thing the next morning to fix it (it was late when I called). He gave a courtesy call to let me know when he was coming. And if that’s not enough to wow you- he told my husband he stands behind his work! Not many people say that any more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great and honest plumber!

Bryan at the Plumbing Authority remodeled our guest bathroom installing a rain shower and all new fixtures. It was pretty extensive work as we moved a toilet and converted a shower/tub unit into a much larger walk in shower requiring drains to be moved. He showed up on time and did a quality job and his prices were reasonable. We love the new rain shower & feel like the remodel has added to our home value. Definitely would recommend.
